A Morning will look like getting all the pages and websites ready for use this includes both TikTok pages, Seller Centre Pages to over look all the information such as negative reviews/sales and orders for the day, this will then move along to looking at the messages from Customers and Creators that have been sent in.

These messages can range from delivery assistance to being able to help the customer claim for a damaged item.

This calls for taking time to make help requests to TikTok support themselves and waiting for a response while they work out any logístical issues.

Once the messages for both accounts have been taken care of, we will start to look at product listing and management, ensuring that all products are kept in stock and all new products are listed with the correct information.

After this is completed, we can look at the promotions that we currently have up.

Currently we have around 50 different promotions listed and these need to be monitored every 3 days as these need to be relisted every 72 hours.

These are the main duties of TikTok.


After this there is are a numerous number of sites to have a look through and manage, this ranges from ETSY, EBAY, Shopify etc.

These sites on a daily basis have to have their products checked, messages tended to and any other queries dealt with.
