Excellent at building strong relationships from first contact

Able to provide good knowledge of business composite data

Aware of different commercial aspects of the business

Want to know what your day to day will look like?
You can expect to,

Develop relationships, converting sales opportunities into franchises and working with current franchises to maximise their opportunities

Report activity and success to the senior management team weekly and be financially responsible for managing the relationship with franchisees

Support the CEO & MD with the business strategy and business plan for sustainable profit, setting meaningful KPIs

Recruiting within both the climate network and the franchise industry

Working with pilots to achieve a trading surplus and the highest possible quality franchise and customer experience

Work with our existing Bristol/Bath area franchise to grow revenue

Overall, you will be responsible for delivering our aim of warmer homes and a cooler planet
