To assist the Clubhouse Manager in the smooth running of the food and beverage operations at the Club, maintaining excellence in quality service and guest relations.


The role requires people with high personal standards who care about quality customer service, we are committed to providing a positive and friendly experience for both our guests and colleagues.


Experience in bar work and or service preferred, but attitude and personality are the number one qualification for this role, you can be reassured that training and support is provided.


  • Support Clubhouse Manager and Deputy in running the bar and Front of House operations.
  • Serving and communicating with our members and visitors in a professional friendly manner.
  • Opening and closing of the Clubhouse.
  • General bar duties such as restocking and cleaning
  • Set up the bar areas/functions, clearing and resetting tables.
  • Model high standards of customer service and help to develop others.
  • Ensure that high standards of health, safety and hygiene are maintained.
  • Till and cash reconciliations on days when leading the team.
