Description

You will be working for the largest installer of renewable measures within the UK who have also been voted The Independent Choice for 'Installer of the year 2023'.

The business was founded in 2008 and has since installed energy saving measures on over 140,000 homes reducing energy bills for domestic customers.

They are currently seeking x2 Compliance Coordinators who can join the team and work out of their Doncaster office dealing with compliance and customer queries for works under the GBIS (Great British Insulation Scheme).

Responsibilities:

Conduct phone conversations with customers in a professional manner at various stages in the GBIS process, maintaining accurate information and a great level of customer service throughout
Accurately process work with an eye for detail, reviewing compliance before issuing to either Retrofit Assessors and Coordinators, Designers or Third Parties.
Updating of CRM system to ensure records or kept up to date and accurate.
Accurately diary plan work for retrofit assessors nationally.

Essential:

Strong understanding of Microsoft Office programs, especially excel
Proven track record adapting to changes, especially where these affect the daytoday processing of work
Proven track record of working under pressure and to strict deadlines
Excellent telephone manner
Good communication skills
Previous experience of 2 years or more in an administration role, within the last 5 years
Selfmotivated to complete any works required to a highquality standard.
Excellent customer focus and care skills
