Description

BDS are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor with experience in the Public Sector to work for a Social Charity based in Birmingham.

The role is home based with occasional travel to Birmingham

Ideally, we are looking for someone to hit the ground running with Employee Relations experience.


Key responsibilities of the HR Advisor

  • Maintain a high quality Administrative function
  • Coordinate interviews and prepare relevant documentation
  • Responsible for preemployment checks
  • Issue offer letters and contracts of employment when necessary
  • Always maintain accuracy of HR records and ensuring they are kept up to date

Required skills and experience of the HR Advisor

  • Strong Administrative experience
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to prioritise own workload and within a team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Excel
Hours; 35 hours per week, Monday Friday 9am

  • 5pm
Pay rate starting from £18.17ph PAYE


Salary:
Up to £33,069.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends
