Recruitment & Retention Officer

Hours of Work:
Full-Time 37.5 Hours Per Week - Office Based
  • Monday to Friday


Rate of Pay:
£22,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:


  • Building and maintaining close working relationships with Recruiting Managers.
  • Providing weekly and monthly reports on recruitment outcomes.
  • Work in close partnership with the Job Centre.
  • To actively seek out Job Fairs in ICare's localities.
  • Responsibility for performing exit interviews with leavers.
  • Source attractive benefits for staff.

Skill set and experience required:


  • 2 years' experience in recruitment (Ideally in the care sector).
  • Experience of working across and with multiple sites.
  • Proven experience of recruiting large numbers of staff within a tight timescale.
  • Excellent IT Skills including MS Office, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Have proven organisational and administrative skills.
  • Knowledge of Job Recruitment Fairs.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Outstanding references and a clear DBS.
  • Vehicle owner with full driving license.
