Recruitment & Retention Officer
Hours of Work:
Full-Time 37.5 Hours Per Week - Office Based
- Monday to Friday
Rate of Pay:
£22,000 per year

- Experienced in recruitment with an innovative, energetic and driven mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Take a leading role in the organisation's recruitment process.

- Discrete when handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Personable and able to build relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining close working relationships with Recruiting Managers.
- Providing weekly and monthly reports on recruitment outcomes.
- Work in close partnership with the Job Centre.
- To actively seek out Job Fairs in ICare's localities.
- Responsibility for performing exit interviews with leavers.
- Source attractive benefits for staff.
Skill set and experience required:
- 2 years' experience in recruitment (Ideally in the care sector).
- Experience of working across and with multiple sites.
- Proven experience of recruiting large numbers of staff within a tight timescale.
- Excellent IT Skills including MS Office, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
- Have proven organisational and administrative skills.
- Knowledge of Job Recruitment Fairs.
- Ability to adapt to a fast paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Outstanding references and a clear DBS.
- Vehicle owner with full driving license.
