Recruitment & Retention Officer

Hours of Work:
Full-Time 37.5 Hours Per Week - Office Based
Monday to Friday

Rate of Pay:
£22,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

Building and maintaining close working relationships with Recruiting Managers.
Providing weekly and monthly reports on recruitment outcomes.
Work in close partnership with the Job Centre.
To actively seek out Job Fairs in ICare's localities.
Responsibility for performing exit interviews with leavers.

Skill set and experience required:

2 years' experience in recruitment (Ideally in the care sector).
Experience of working across and with multiple sites.
Proven experience of recruiting large numbers of staff within a tight timescale.
Excellent IT Skills including MS Office, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
Have proven organisational and administrative skills.
Knowledge of Job Recruitment Fairs.
Ability to adapt to a fast paced environment.
Excellent customer service skills.
Outstanding references and a clear DBS.
Vehicle owner with full driving license.
