We're hiring an Internal Sales Assistant to join our friendly team.

Monday to Friday (including a fortnightly Saturday shift)

Here's what the role entails:

Handle customer queries and provide accurate product and service information.
Receive inbound sales and carry out outbound sales calls to existing and new customers.
Process customer orders to 100% accuracy.
Collaborate closely with all colleagues to make sure the right products are delivered at the right time.
Process purchase orders and liaising with the logistics team to ensure the timely delivery of products.
Advise customers on suitable products based on their needs and specifications.
Maintain the Trade Counter area, replenishing and rotating product displays in a dynamic and proactive manner.

Flooring and wholesales industry/sector
Proven experience working to sales targets
Customer service experience
Data analysis and reporting
Provision of high quality service in a customerfacing role

Salary:
£23,500.00-£24,500.00 per year
