About Our Client:


An excellent opportunity has arisen with a leading Facilities Management business in Stockport due to a sustained period of growth.

This company are in a growth industry making it an excellent time to join the business and they have an excellent reputation for staff retention and development.

The Accounts Assistant role is initially a temporary assignment and will offer Hybrid working.

Reporting to the Head of Finance Key responsibilities will include:


  • Processing AP invoices, chasing approvals
  • Processing expenses
  • Preparing payment runs and sending remittances
  • Managing AP mailbox and responding to supplier queries
  • Supplier statement recs
  • Supporting on bank reconciliation
  • Sending AR invoices and processing invoices to client portals
  • Sending chasers on client invoices
  • Posting cash receipts
  • Updating daily spreadsheets with cash receipts / bank balances
  • Sending client statements
  • Managing AR mailbox

The Successful Applicant:

Have previous experience in Accounts Payable/Receivable

Be able to to consider an immediate start role

Be confident using Excel on a daily basis
