Accounts Assistant- Stockport Hybrid Working

An excellent opportunity has arisen with a leading Facilities Management business in Stockport due to a sustained period of growth.

The Accounts Assistant role is initially a temporary assignment and will offer Hybrid working.Reporting to the Head of Finance Key responsibilities will include:
- Processing AP invoices, chasing approvals
- Processing expenses
- Preparing payment runs and sending remittances
- Managing AP mailbox and responding to supplier queries
- Supplier statement recs
- Supporting on bank reconciliation
- Sending AR invoices and processing invoices to client portals
- Sending chasers on client invoices
- Posting cash receipts
- Updating daily spreadsheets with cash receipts / bank balances
- Sending client statements
- Managing AR mailbox
The Successful Applicant:
Have previous experience in Accounts Payable/Receivable
Be able to to consider an immediate start role
Be confident using Excel on a daily basis
