Call Centre Agent
We have a number of exciting opportunities to join our Channel Services department in Darlington as a Call Centre Agent on a permanent basis.
The role
The role is responsible for providing an efficient telephone service to ensure customer requests and queries are processed efficiently through the correct channel and in line with the agreed service levels and compliance standards.
The person
We are looking for someone with substantial customer service experience who will be able to provide an efficient and professional telephone service so that enquiries can be processed accurately and in a timely manner.
Word and Outlook. Previous Call Centre experience would be desirable but not essential.
