Multi Trades Recruitment are looking for an Admin Clerk in Birmingham. Looking for an experienced Admin Clerk who is available to interview as soon as possible.


THIS IS A PERMANENT PLACEMENT WORKING FOR A WELL-ESTABLISHED BUSINESS IN BIRMINGHAM.

Job description:


  • Answering calls and dealing with supplier/customer queries
  • Booking work via the computer system
  • Ordering supplies, producing invoices and statements
  • Credit control via Sage accounts software
  • 9.00am 2.00pm, Monday to Thursday
- £12.00 per hour


Requirements:


  • 3 years of administration experience
  • MS office literate
  • Experience using Sage accounts preferred
  • Friendly, approachable and well presented
  • Available to interview immediately
