An outstanding new job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Clinical Operations Manager to support business priorities across care home sites in the Somerset region.

You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers

You will be key role in supporting existing homes achieve a quality operation, meeting KPI's and ensuring quality care is delivered to our residents


To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin and have previous care home management experience essential

As the Clinical Operations Manager your key responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for our ensuring our residents receive the highest standards of care whilst maintaining the commercial viability of the home that you manage
  • Lead both the support and care teams to the highest level to strive for excellence in all areas of the service provision
  • You will live by the Trust values, and act in compliance with all relevant legislation
  • Support any home within the region and be flexible in terms of travel
  • Support and mentor both new managers and managers who are experiencing operational issues
  • You may also be asked to assist with specific projects within in homes as the arise

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

  • Minimum 3 years working at supervisory level in relevant environment such as Home Manager or Operational Role
  • Commitment to promoting and developing the highest quality care standards for older people
  • Experience of supporting other services
  • Knowledge of local and national codes of practice relating to care of older people
  • Ability to lead and motivate employees

The successful Clinical Operations Manager will receive an excellent salary of £65,000 - £70,000 per annum. This exciting position is a Full Time role for 37.5 hours a week from Monday - Friday.
