Description
A renowned internationallaw firm are currently looking for an experienced and knowledgeable PA for a fantastic opportunity with the firm's Corporate and Real Estate team.
This is a varied and challenging role requiring an individual with the ability to providea first class support to the team whilst acting on their own initiative and adding value to the department.
The responsibilities of the role are as follows (but are not limited to):- Expert and efficient diary management, international travel and meeting arrangements including room bookings and provision of refreshments
- Detailed and varied document production in line with company styles and requirements
- Professional management of both internal and external calls on behalf of fee earners including queries and message taking
- Liaise with all relevant internal parties in order to coordinate work loads including documentation and correspondence
- Typing duties and maintenance of Excel spreadsheets where required
- Coordination of the billing process on behalf of fee earners including the production of reports
- Typing speeds of 70wpm or more
- Excellent knowledge of CRM and all Microsoft Office packages
- Prior PA experience, ideally from within legal or wider professional services is essential
- Flexibility to provide a full wellrounded support under strict time constraints
- The desire to engage in all elements of the business including all teams and departments
