Kingswood Group are pleased to be supporting a growing business with the recruitment of a HR Advisor, based close to Stratford.


Working as part of a small HR team, the role will be responsible for providing generalist HR support to the business.


Duties to include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for all HR queries
  • Responsibility for screening and vetting all new employees
  • Working closely with line mangers, giving advise and guidance
  • Advising on ER matters such as absences, grievances and disciplinaries
  • Running weekly reports
  • Ensuring any payroll changes are submitted within set deadlines

Experience required:

  • CIPD qualification or working towards, ideally level
  • Previous experience working in a similar role
  • Experience working in a fast past environment
This is an exciting and evolving role that will allow room for future growth opportunities.

It would best suit a junior HR Advisor or Assistant who is looking for the next step up in their career.

The role will be based largely on-site but will offer some flexibility and hybrid working.
