HR Administrator
Signature Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for a dynamic, and fun professional services company.

We are looking for a temporary administrator who will be working within the People Services team helping to ensure a seamless onboarding process forall new starters to the business.


Responsibilities:


  • Ensuring all preemployment checks are completed fully and on time (right to work checks, references etc.)
  • Setting up new worker details on HR database
  • Setting up new worker details on Payroll database
  • Raising requests for IT equipment for all new starters
  • Ordering new starter onboarding kits

Benefits:


  • Flexible working hours
  • Monday to Friday either 8am 4pm or 9am 5pm
  • Hybrid working. You will need to be able to commute to their Central Bristol office for the first few days for training, then are able to work from home or from their lovely, modern office
  • An hourly salary of £11.00 per hour, plus holiday pay
  • Weekly pay

You'll need:


  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with data entry
  • Able to manage your own workload and take ownership of your work
  • Initiative
  • Previous administration experience
  • Great customer service and communication
  • Previous experience in a HR role is preferable but not essential
