Tied to profits - 7 figure £ potential

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a 'trading pod' at one of the world's most prestigious hedge funds.

A small PM team of 10, trading Fixed Income / Rates across a balanced systematic/discretionary strategy, they are a process-driven team that uses robustframeworks and data to enable you to use your gut.

And that's where you come in: as a risk-taker.

You'll need to have outstanding communication skills, as you'll work closely and continuously with the team, other traders and the Street.

This role requires significant independent research within problems thatcan sometimes be well-defined and sometimes extremely open.

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a passion for what you do and the collaborative mindset required for working within a small team.

Skills and Experience Required:

A track record of continual improvement and success
Ability to work collaboratively

- 'Method to your madness' - ability to use data to help decision-making
