FIXED TERM (12 MONTHS - maternity leave) with likely move to permanent on retirement of another colleague


Simpson Judge are extremely excited to be recruiting for a talented, ambitious and driven Private Client Solicitor/Paralegal to join a well-established legal practice.


Located at the Liverpool City Centre office, you will be joining a firm with a long standing, strong reputation for outstanding expertise and a focussed commitment to providing a quality, inclusive and personal legal service to all clients, with consistency and compassion being at the heart of the firm's ethos.

This strong reputation has brought clients back over decades and, the firm are regarded by many clients as being their 'family' solicitor.


As a competent and driven Solicitor/Paralegal you will be joining colleagues with a shared desire for success at a firm that encourages development and opportunities.

On a day to day basis, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of private client matters including Probate and Estate Administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Wills.

It may also include Trusts and Deputyship.

In all likelihood, for the right person, this role will become permanent after around 12 months, on the basis we have another colleague retiring in early 2024.

Full time office based - 35 hours per week. Experience of Proclaim, case management preferred but not essential.
