As a Receptionist you'll act as the first point of contact for all visitors and staff to the building providing an excellent first impression

You will work in the busy and ever-changing environment of the reception within our hardworking team, ensuring customer satisfaction and care amongst clients and visitors alike.

You'll be working Monday to Friday covering shifts from 7am to 1pm and 1pm to 7pm (when you are finishing at 7pm you'll have key holder responsibilities to lock up/alarm the office when you leave)
Ideally you will hold an SIA licence, but we would be willing to provide training after successful completion of your probationary period


You will:


  • Receive high profile visitors who need to be dealt with efficiently, ensuring mínimal delay in them meeting their host or attending their meeting
  • Maintain a friendly and professional service with a strong emphasis on providing the highest levels of customer care
  • Perform basic administration tasks
  • Provide information to visitors in a concise and friendly manner

As a successful Receptionist within our team you will need:

  • Experience of working in a similar role within a corporate environment.
  • A professional manner with excellent customer service skills
  • Good working knowledge of reception administrative duties
  • Excellent PC skills to include Outlook, Word and Excel
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast moving and challenging reception environment
  • Enthusiasm, flexibility and teamworking skills
