Our client, an established distributer of 8 renowned brands requires a strong order processor with exceptional customer serice skills. You will fulfil a 360 Customer service role, answering queries, processing orders and co-ordinating deliveries.
You will need to be customer focused, driven by representing the business to a high standard to maintain its reputation.
You will have the chance to become part of an established brand, while being challenged and gaining invaluable industry experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process orders following systems process
- Advise and assist customers with any enquiries
- liaisase closly with warehouse
- Monitoring orders end to end and rectifying issues/delays
- Process product returns, both expected and unexpected.
- Raise credits and refunds.
- Manage customer portals with updates and amendments
Skills and attributes
- Previous experience in order processing
- Passion to deliver a hihg standard of service
- Analytical and methodical
- Highly organised with impeccable attention to detail
- Warm engaging professional
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and resolve issues
