Job Title:
Used Car Sales Director

Location:
Covering Dealership sites from South London down to the South Coast - flexible

a daily basis

Salary:
£100,000+

MUST HAVE AT LEAST 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN RETAIL AUTOMOTIVE.

The Role.
To support the CEO to develop and launch a Used Car Retailing strategy. Embedding best

practice group wide in all aspects of the Used Car function.


Requirements.
A proven track record of success in senior motor retail positions. The role requires an individual

who is focused on quality with a robust work ethic and high levels of personal and professional

integrity.


Key Responsibilities:


  • To develop and implement a robust Used Car Retailing Strategy.
  • Build relationships with all stakeholders to improve performance.
  • Lead and support an exceptional team across all functions.
  • Deliver a world class customer experience and promote the vision and values of the
business.


Experience:


5 years + senior experience in Motor Retail with a successful track record.

  • Ability to solve complex problems through systematic analysis.
  • Ability to continuously improve processes.
  • Ability to deliver positive change.
  • Ability to develop and deliver strategic interventions whilst being hands on to drive
results.

  • A full and valid driving licence and happy to travel throughout the South London to
South Coast region on a daily basis
