Description

The Trainee Sales Executive role involves intensive customer contact via the telephone and electronic media.

The role requires a good all round knowledge of the vehicle industry and also requires knowledge of leasing financial products.

Day to day activities will include speaking directly to customers, dealerships, finance companies as well as quoting, doing comparisons, sourcing vehicles and following up for customers.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Handling outbound and inbound calls from our customers
Making outbound calls from leads generated for debt help and transferring the customer effectively
Obtaining all relevant information in regard to clients circumstances.
Providing customers with a great level of service at all times
Having an excellent understanding of the business in order to provide customers with a knowledgeable service.
Ability to communicate effectively
Using inhouse CRM systems

For this position we are looking for the following experience:

Previous experience in lead generation/telesales/customer service work is a desirable but not a must.
Empathy towards clients.
Resilient and able to handle objections
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
Excellent communication skills
Organised with attention to detail
