2nd Line Service Desk Engineer

£35,000 per annum

Potterne

Hybrid
We are looking for an experienced and technically skilled 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer to

join our diverse team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing

technical support to our clients, ensuring their IT systems are running smoothly and efficiently


Key Responsibilities:


  • Troubleshoot technical issues in a Windows Server environment (or similar).
  • Support networks and infrastructure to Microsoft 365 Admin Centre, Azure, Google Cloud, and VoIP solutions.
  • Provide technical support for Windows 10 and macOS operating systems.
  • Ensure timely resolution of technical incidents and problems.
  • Work closely with the team to deliver outstanding customer service.

Key Skills and Requirements:


  • At least 5 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Windows Server, Windows 10, macOS, networks, and
- infrastructure.

  • Ability to support and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 Admin Centre, Azure, Google Cloud, and VoIP
- solutions.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
