2nd Line Service Desk Engineer
£35,000 per annum

We are looking for an experienced and technically skilled 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer to
join our diverse team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing
technical support to our clients, ensuring their IT systems are running smoothly and efficiently
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot technical issues in a Windows Server environment (or similar).
- Support networks and infrastructure to Microsoft 365 Admin Centre, Azure, Google Cloud, and VoIP solutions.
- Provide technical support for Windows 10 and macOS operating systems.
- Ensure timely resolution of technical incidents and problems.
- Work closely with the team to deliver outstanding customer service.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in a technical support role.
- Strong technical knowledge of Windows Server, Windows 10, macOS, networks, and
- Ability to support and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 Admin Centre, Azure, Google Cloud, and VoIP
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
