You'll be working 7 shifts on followed by 7 shifts off from 7m to 7am

Main Duties

  • To ensure public areas are clean and tidy for customers
  • Use of cleaning machines including cobotics
  • To ensure the control room is clean and tidy
  • To have an excellent knowledge of the centre and the car parks to deal with customer enquiries
  • To liaise with centre management and colleagues to ensure clear and consistent communication
  • To carry out duties in accordance with instructions issued by the centre management
  • To maintain a safe & friendly environment for all visitors

As the role develops you would also be carrying out security duties including:

  • To secure premises
  • To complete regular security patrols ensuring the site is safe and secure
  • To effectively monitor CCTV and liaise with police control room, as necessary
