Description

The Anaesthetic Department provides comprehensive services normally expected of a district hospital.

These include Vascular (regional centre for Luton, Bedford & Milton Keynes), colorectal, urology, general surgery, breast surgery, trauma and orthopaedic, obstetrics and gynaecology, ENT and oro-maxillofacial surgery, ophthalmology and plastic surgery.

This is supported by a 12 bedded critical care unit.
