Lead Generation Advisor
12-month contract
Rate of pay £12.00 per hour, dependent on experience
Rotating shifts: 1 week 09:00 - 17:30 and then 1 week 11:00 - 19:30
Hybrid 3 days WFH and 2 days on site
Purpose of role:
Lead Generation Advisor
We are recruiting for a Lead Generation Advisor for our innovative and established client based in Milton Keynes.
The main purpose of this role is to generate leads for the company's retailer network through outbound telephone prospecting and through a livechat service.
On the phones you will be contacting prospective customers from a targeted data list, whilst on the live chat you will be speaking to customers who are browsing products on the on the company's website.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation Advisor
- You will be responsible for prospecting potential customers through phone and via a live chat service. You will qualify them by asking questions about their requirements before matching them to an appropriate product and generating either an ebrochure,call back or a meeting.
- You will ensure that leads are processed with a high degree of accuracy with the hope of converting this into a sale.
- When it comes to targets, you could be making up to around 150/200 outbound calls per day, with the aim of converting between 15% to 25% customers you speak to into a lead.
- On the live chat service, you will be taking between 4050 chats per day, with the aim of converting 15% of all chats into leads.
Skills / Knowledge / Experience:
Lead Generation Advisor
- To be successful in this role, you will have customer service / sales experience.
- Experience working in a call centre environment dealing with outbound calls is desired, but not essential.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Computer literate with various packages such as Word, Excel and Cofico/SAP.
- Comfortable working with targets.
- Problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work without supervision.
- Excellent Time Management skills.
- Able and willing to take ownership of problems and resolve them to a satisfactory conclusion within predetermined time frames.
- Selfmotivated with the ability to work within a pressurised environment whilst maintaining focus on personal, departmental and company objectives.
