Being an apprentice gives you the opportunity to gain valuable experience and develop your skills in the world of finance while being paid at the same time


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
To train in all aspects of Office Administration
Assist with invoicing, purchase ledger and sales ledger
Assist with payroll duties to send to payroll bureau (as the role progresses)
To understand the importance of ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
To acquire through training the ability to competently take charge of tasks.
Gather information, capture data, understand and update company systems
Compile reports to help drive efficiencies in the business
Maintain files and HR records
Provide admin support to production/warehouse distribution / planning department
Process new orders on the system
