Atlas Travel Solutions is an Inbound Tour Operator/DMC with offices in London, Dublin, Florida, Monaco and Edinburgh. We are looking for an experienced travel professional to join our Scottish team providing ground handling services for groups travelling throughout the UK & Ireland


Key Skills Required:

  • Fluency in Spanish, or another European language.
  • Minimum of 1 year's experience with a tour operator or similar service provider such as hotel reservations/sales, booking agency or similar.
  • Excellent knowledge of Scotland as a destination and its tourism products
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently
  • Proven experience of group travel.
  • Confident ability on computers for operations software and research
  • The ability to multitask, be level headed and full of enthusiasm
  • Ability to negotiate supplier rates and always buy at the best possible price.
  • Excellent written and spoken English

Summary of Role:

  • To build and maintain a great working relationship with your clients & suppliers
  • To improve and update your product knowledge
  • To assume responsibility for your clients pending and confirmed groups
  • To operate your groups from quotation through to final invoicing, calculating technical timings and all logístical aspects.
  • Attend familiarisation trips, trade fairs and meetings as directed.

This is a full time, permanent position for someone looking to join a dynamic team. We offer a very competitive salary and career progression for the right person. The role is based in our Edinburgh office although some home working is considered outside the summer months.
