What will I be doing in my new role?

  • Act as Senior Land Surveyor with a portfolio of projects as assigned, ensuring that all scope deliverables meet client specified requirements and expectations.
  • Working on national infrastructure, roads, railways and private land, Monday to Friday, weekends and nights.
  • Provide leadership to site survey teams, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality.
  • Mentor junior team members to maximise their potential & ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Topographic Surveys using a mixture of total station, GPS RTK and Laser scanning capture.


  • Point Cloud Data

  • Registration & Post-Processing.
  • AutoCAD processing delivery


  • H&S

  • Creation of RAMS, running jobs onsite and management of teams.

What qualifications/ previous experience do I need?

  • 5+ Years' experience delivering land surveys.
  • Competent user of survey instrumentation
  • GPS, Total Stations & 3D scanner
  • Competent user of 2D / 3D AutoCAD
  • Experience of Cyclone / Similar scanning software
  • Must hold a full UK Driving License
  • Must possess the right to work in the UK
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
