As a Receptionist at WTW you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for our visitors, clients, and employees.

You will be the point of contact for all incoming calls, visitors, and inquiries, ensuring that each interaction reflects the high standards of our company.

This is a part-time role with a weekly commitment of 22 hours at our Wincham office.


The Role

  • Mail Handling: Receive, sort, and prepare incoming and outgoing mail. Coordinate courier bookings as needed
  • Franking Machine and Stationery: Maintain the franking machine with sufficient funds and order stationery supplies. Place orders with Royal Mail for daily post stationery
  • Telephone Management: Answer incoming calls within 15 seconds, transfer calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments. Handle client services, accounts, OH department, and other team calls promptly
  • Managed Care Support: Assist managed care members by booking appointments and managing the voice mail system for appointment scheduling

Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience

  • Office Support: Provide assistance with various tasks around the office, including business support, facilities, and IT issues
  • Shift Coverage: Cover other receptionist shifts during holidays or sick leave
  • Office Supplies: Order and manage office and remote working stationery supplies
  • Logistics Support: Coordinate laptop pickups and deliveries from sales colleagues. Order coffee for the meeting room machine
  • Meeting Room Setup: Prepare and set up meeting rooms for scheduled meeting
  • Document Management: Scan and send fines, vehicle reminder letters, and related documents to sales colleagues. Organize and file copies appropriately.
  • Facilities Assistance: Assist the facilities manager with fire alarm testing and guide trades people around the building as needed
