Description
A recognised practice based from a wonderful work space in Central London are looking for a key cog to their office performance.
This is an exciting role for a multi-skilled individual to support the current operation team not only as a receptionist but as the coordinator for the office.
However the role of Office Coordinator is a multi-faceted role therefore some duties include:
- Completing training and then acting as Health & Safety officer for the office.
- Meeting coordination.
- Input on HR actions including liaising with HR Admin to help with new starters.
- Assist senior staff in preparation of marketing materials and design presentations.
- Sorting temporary office cover and recording sick leave.
You'll be joining a successful and International Architecture team so although Architectural experience is not required, an idea of the workflow of a high paced design studio is preferred.
Salary:
£25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
