Morgan Advanced Materials is seeking an HR & Office Generalist to join our team in Swansea, supporting both our Swansea and Redditch sites.

Responsibilities:
What you'll do:

Employee Health & Safety (EHS): Lead initiatives to integrate health and safety into all HR processes and support the ThinkSafe framework.

Ethics Compliance: Facilitate quarterly compliance training and act as a role model for organizational integrity.

Learning and Development: Assist in managing our performance management process and deliver on-site training as required.

Governance: Support internal audits and ensure compliance with all legal and operational standards concerning employment.

Employee Engagement: Drive activities aimed at improving employee engagement and handle employee relations matters effectively.

Travel Requirement: Monthly travel to Redditch for 2-3 days to support local HR activities face-to-face.
Qualifications:
What you'll bring:

Qualifications: UK HR Qualification (minimum CIPD Level 3) required.

Experience: Proven background in HR with strong understanding of UK employment law.

Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with HRIS systems like iCIMS and MEIS.

Travel: Willingness to travel within the UK as needed.
