Software Configuration Analyst - Remote - c£30k


On behalf of a globally renowned retail organisation in the midst of their large-scale digital transformation, I am seeking an enthusiastic Configuration Analyst to ensure the integrity of software configuration for releases/features across test and production.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone from a 2
nd

Line Support or Test background who has strong technical knowledge feeling stagnant and looking for the next step in their career.


Responsibilities;

  • Ensure all integrity of all environments; configure to specific test/release cycle and working closely with QA and DevOps to verify this
  • Investigate, analyse and raise tickets for reported configurations

Desirable Skillset:


  • Demonstrable experience in a 2
nd
line support/test analyst position

  • Strong technical knowledge and appreciation of development life cycles
  • Experience with CMS configuration
  • Strong documentation skills and problem solving skills
