Service Coordinator - Remote, United Kingdom - Konica Minolta
Description
We are looking for experienced call handlers and organised call centre coordinators to join our newly formed team of Service Coordinators at Konica Minolta.
In this role you will be responsible for assisting in coordinating our service support teams workloads, ensuring that our customers maintenance and repairs are met with great customer service and a timely responseTo be successful in this position you'll have:
- Good geographical knowledge of the UK, experience of planning for nationwide field-based teams ideal.
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent organisational skills and a proactive mindset
- Selfmotivation, ability to work well as a small team
- Able to multitask and work to agreed deadlines
- Excellent timekeeper and reliable
- Ability to plan and organise workloads effectively
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
