About Our Client:

The organisation is a well-established entity in the retail sector with a sizeable employee base.

They have a strong presence in the UK and have seen significant growth in business over the last 12-18 months.


  • Develop and execute social media content strategies aligned with brand objectives and target audience.
  • Create original, highquality content including posts, articles, images, and videos for various social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure content consistency and alignment with overall marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor social media trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to inform content creation and strategy adjustments.
  • Engage with audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilize social media management tools to schedule posts, track performance metrics, and analyze data for insights and optimization opportunities.
  • Stay uptodate with emerging social media platforms, tools, and best practices to continuously improve social media presence.

The Successful Applicant:


A successful Social Media Executive should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • Proven experience in social media content creation, preferably in a similar role or industry.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive copy tailored to different platforms and audiences.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Analytics) to measure performance and track KPIs.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
