Role Description

Our Oakhouse Customer Service Team are looking for a Customer Service Advisor on a 3 month FTC based at their Headoffice in Chippenham.

If you love being part of a team, enjoy working in customer service and helping/ advising customers over the phone this is the role for you.

This role is an office based role working 9-5 Monday - Friday.
Key Accountabilities

  • To be proactive and enthusiastic with a passion for sales and offering high quality customer service to customers.
  • Handling customer's incoming and outgoing calls in a confident and professional manner
  • Making outgoing sales calls and dealing with customer queries and complaints in friendly and professional manner.
  • To match products and services to a customer's needs, in turn providing an effective and efficient service.
  • To be part of the Customer Care Team, you will deliver excellent customer care and online assistance for customers.
- to be required to send out daily mailings to our customers and assist in the wider business.
Skills and Experience

  • Previous customer service/ telesales experience preferred but not essential
  • Must be a good listener and be able to communicate at all levels
  • Must be computer literate
  • Must be able to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team
  • Previous experience of B2B and B2C environments is advantageous. Knowledge of SAP preferred but not essential.
