An amazing opportunity to work with our client a Student Accommodation provider who are currently looking to recruit a
Hub Administrator for their student halls based in South East London - Camberwell.

Responsibilities of the
Hub Administrator:


  • Undertake PA duties such as minute taking, diary management, organise meetings or events, report writing or production.
  • Give advice, guidance or assistance on accommodation matters at the hall, consistent with policy, signposting or escalating as appropriate.
  • Provide cover and support as directed by the Residence Manager.
  • Assist with finance operations as directed by the Residence Manager.
  • Undertake a full range of administrative tasks to support the delivery of services to students within Accommodation Services.
  • Contribute to the management of resident communications such as group mails, production of simple posters, electronic newsletters; ensuring there is a consistent approach taking action or escalating as appropriate.
  • Be a point of contact for residents, visitors and contractors.
  • Assist the Residence Managers with pastoral care, welfare and discipline in the halls.
  • Coordinate reporting for the Camberwell halls, such reports may include repairs reports, ANUK compliance reports, monthly performance reporting, and hall related data gathering; meeting with and reporting into the Accommodation Projects Coordinator in relation to departmental and generic reporting requests issued by the Residential Operations Manager (Business Standards and Compliance).
  • Support the Residence Manager in the performance of their duties to enhance the wider service provided to stakeholders by for example, contributing to the development and implementation of software packages or new practices,
  • Develop an indepth knowledge of the student accommodation software programme (Kinetics or any other software programme in use) to assist Hall Managers.
  • Work with colleagues from other teams within Accommodation Services (Operations, Administration / Allocations, Finance, Social Programme, Communications, Summer Business) as required by the Residence Manager.

  • Has relevant knowledge and experience with in a similar role at a similar level
  • Experience to degree level or equivalent standard
  • Experience of working in a customer services setting or in the hospitality industry
  • Able to work as part of a team and with different professional groups
  • Able to use own initiative or creativity to resolve problems

Salary for this
Hub Administrator position:

This is a 35 hour working week offering a starting salary of £30,777.00 per annum with benefits
