Receptionist / Administrator
Highbury - The Complete Building Solution have an exciting new full time vacancy for an experienced Receptionist / Administration Assistant based in Brighouse - The role will be working in our fast paced customer service office based in Brighouse, West Yorkshire.
Responsibilities
- To assist the administration team with the day to day running of the office.
- Appointment Planning.
- Answering the telephone and routing calls to the correct department.
- Recording accurate information onto our internal database system.
Skills Required:
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Have a pleasant, patient and friendly attitude.
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Possess a strong work ethic and a team player attitude.
- Monday to Friday
Salary - National Minimum Wage
