My client is looking for a Junior Charities Business Development Manager, based in London, on a permanent basis. The role will support the 9 national charities offices with business growth and development opportunities.

Description

Provide Growth and Business Development opportunities to the Charities Business Development team and increase lead generation and sales to the group
Work on delivering marketing and communications campaigns, initiatives and partnerships and work with the internal marcomms and events teams to deliver these through planning to delivery and feedback stages
Write and produce detailed pitches and proposals documents must be an experienced content and presentations writer. Regularly updating template pitches and proposals documents, paying attention to detail and accurate proofreading to produce a highqualityproduct
Manage the charities team printed literature offer, databases, proposals tracker and website updating and maintenance
Organisation of, and attendance at industry conference, exhibitions, and event

Profile

Demonstrable experience in Financial Services Charities sector
Knowledge and understanding of Ethical and ESG initiatives
Expert content and presentations writer with proven experience in successful delivery
Growth and Sales focused understanding the relationships between Business Development and Sales
Strong communications skills and ability to write and implement plans
Ability to plan and deliver marketing campaigns
Ability to deliver new partnerships to enhance and develop business growth opportunities for the charity team
Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office products
