Office Coordinator

We are seeking an Office Coordinator/Receptionist to join their talented, charismatic and close-knit team in a pivotal roleAs receptionist you will be the face of the company in a truly ambassadorial role But this is far more than just a standard front of house position
Your remit will span:
visitor experience, coordinating and hosting events, handling catering requests, managingsupplier relationships, and making a big contribution to the team culture
Duties to include:
- Assess and predict the day to day needs for office support
- Greet external visitors and colleagues with a high impact memorable style
- Answer phone calls in the company voice, building rapport with all stakeholders
- Assist with organising a range of events both locally and globally
- Manage and set up meeting rooms and providing refreshments
- Intake and unpack or distribute all deliveries
- Manage relationships with all office suppliers from ordering, invoicing to ensuring they are delivering value and service
- Play an active role in managing theteam and event catering
- Take pride in ensuring the space is always immaculate and the whole team have what they need at any one time
- Act as point person preempting and solving problems and keeping the team on track
This will suit someone with experience in a similar high-profile role and/ or with a background in high end hospitality.
