Company Description:


Red Bull UK is recruiting for a Booker Sales Intern for 3 months to be based in London, UK.


To gain an understanding of sales in an FMCG environment through working on a crucial project ensuring availability of Red Bull products in the value retail subchannel, whilst ensuring that the Red Bull brand looks like #1 in store.

This is a paid internship. The internship runs from the 10th June 2024 to 6th September 2024. You must be available for the whole duration of the programme.


Sales Data & Promotional Analysis
Analysis of Red Bull and competitor sales data across key metrics (volume, value, price)
Offer recommendations to support in driving Red Bull growth


Field Sales Engagement
Working with Red Bull's Field Sales team and Booker independent retailers to drive forward Red Bull's 'Perfect Store' strategy
Building a matrix of regional contacts across Booker's Field Sales network


Trade Press
Create and project manage Trade Press adverts across the Booker Group


Process Improvement
Work closely with Red Bull finance team to streamline financial sales processes


Qualifications:

We're not looking for experience or qualifications.

Instead, we want someone who is:
Proficient use of Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint
Strong organisation and time management skills
A desire to learn and "get things done"
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to communicate information effectively verbally and in writing with use of graphical tools as necessary
Be enthusiastic and versatile and be able to build, develop and maintain good working relationships with colleagues
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
Preferable but not essential - Commercial acumen with an understanding of key sales metrics (retail sales value, rate of sale, margin)
