We are looking for an outstanding Reprographics Officer to be a key player in developing an exceptional Academy.


You will be someone with the ability to help build the commitment of all stake-holders to a culture of constant excellence that will put learning first and ultimately ensure all our students benefit from an outstanding education.


We need a special individual with a clear commitment to supporting and developing the vision for this You will be committed to the highest achievement for all and be a resourceful and enthusiastic supporter of education.


This is a demanding and exciting role which is about ensuring the ambitious vision for Chobham Academy becomes a reality including working as part of a leading team focused on developing a dynamic and inspirational vision of education, and implementationof this vision leading to the creation of an outstanding academy which is recognised nationally and internationally for excellence.

Main Areas of Responsibility

Your responsibilities will include:

  • To plan the work of Central Reprographics, including photocopying, design and production of resources to support teaching and learning etc;
  • To ensuring that high standards are maintained in the production and provision of all materials
  • To design and produce all curriculum, publicity and administrative work in Central Resources
  • To liaise with outside agencies when necessary. website design agency;
  • To work with other staff in order to ensure high quality, relevant display throughout

Qualifications & Experience

  • Literacy and Numeracy to Level
  • Training in use of reprographics equipment
  • Experience working in a reprographics environment
  • Experience of designing and printing basic documents
  • Experience of managing a small budget
  • Experience of organising a busy service area
