Description
The governors of Sharley Park Primary School are seeking to appoint a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant.

The main role will be outside of the classroom working on strategies and interventions to build solid relationships with all our children, under the guidance of the Pastoral Manager.

Some general teaching assistant work may be required for specific schemes.

The focus is on maintaining the good levels of behaviour we already have in school and supporting any behaviours that need early intervention.

Hours of work are 8.30am to 3.30pm. Preferably full time but would consider part time.
