Description
We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to work 20 hours per week Monday-Friday for an established family run manufacturer of homecare products based in their Ledbury Office.
This Administrator role is a permanent position Monday to Friday 9:30am - 2:30pm. A salary of £12,656 per annum (£12.17 per hour) is on offer plus benefits
As Administrator you will be working in a team of 5 in an office environment reporting to the Office Manager with the following responsibilities.
Liaise with customers, where needed, in ensuring a timely and precise delivery of required documentation.
Ensure excellent storage, administration, and delivery of Company documentation relevant to Tenders and Contracts.
Ensuring all relevant documentation for Tenders and Contracts is kept up to date.
Gain an excellent understanding of all contracts, how they are set up to successfully deliver the correct works requirements.
Cover other administration roles when colleagues are absent, including processing orders, raising customer quotes and processing Cases and RMAs (Return Material Authorisations)
We are looking to hear from applicants with the following skills and experience:
Previous experience working as an Administrator is essential
Extensive administration experience within a customer service role
Experience of processing Tenders or Contracts would be advantageous
Good MS Office skills including Word, Excel and Outlook, and any knowledge of in-house systems would be useful but full training will be provided
Customer Service excellence is essential
