Part-Time Purchase Ledger Clerk
Our client, a successful manufacturing company, is looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk. This is a great opportunity to join a steadily growing organisation with a supportive team. We are looking for someone with existing experience to strengthen the team during a busy period.
Key qualities we are looking for include strong communication and confidence in working at pace. If successful your role will ensure the efficient running of the accounts function.
Responsibilities:
- Processing high volumes of invoices
- Reconciling invoices to purchase orders
- Creating new supplier accounts
- Statement Reconciliation
- Processing BACS payments
- Data entry, filing and scanning invoices
- Cash flow management
- Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers
- Preparing purchase summaries
- Processing expense claims
