Your role will including working with existing customers to develop relationships; expanding your network within clients and regularly reviewing performance to ensure a world class service is offered to all clients.

With locations across the UK (London, Manchester, Surrey, Birmingham and Milton Keynes), Europe (Netherlands and Poland), North America (Orlando, Atlanta, Austin and New York) and Australia (Melbourne), with ambition to double in size over the next 2 years and continue to expand into new locations across Europe, North America and APAC.


PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
***As an account manager your role will be as follows.

Customer Ambassador

  • Working as the key POC for some of our major accounts, ensuring growth, delivery and fillrate for your accounts
  • Working with other delivery consultants and our international shared service centre to create a delivery best practice and customer excellence
  • Responsible for the day to day running of your account, alongside account development
Job Management

  • Ensure all SLAs are being adhered to and job to fill ratios are meeting the needs of our customer
  • Excellent user of customer portals and systems, leading from the front and demonstrating best practice.
Relationship Management

  • Build excellent relationships with stakeholders across your Accounts including regular virtual and onsite meetings to discuss performance and SLAs, this may include quarterly presentations to clients to discuss reports/data on our service
  • Offer advice to customers on current market conditions as well as advice on market rates and sector knowledge

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES

  • Work in partnership with your colleagues to attract top talent our clients want to hire.
  • Broker recruitment processes to ensure that talent & company connect.

You - we hire potential not experience

You may not have recruitment experience but have worked in a client liaison, account management or relationship management role from another industry - what is important is that you are innovative, solutions-focused and driven by success, combined with a strong desire to work with your clients to ensure operational excellence and a world class service.

You may also have experience in a customer facing role or a demonstrable track record of delivering results through building strong client relationships.
