The Role

  • Joining the CRO team and reporting into the UX Lead, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team constantly looking to improve the digital experience for our customers.

How you will do it

  • This role will focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences across all products and services, whilst ensuring a consistent and onbrand experience across all of our channels. You will drive user research and design validation through a mixture of research methodologies and informed by research, customer feedback and data.
  • You will gather and interpret the test and design requirements with the UX Lead and stakeholders and work closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, Data and Insight Teams, Digital Performance Analyst to Front End Devs and other designers.
  • Your primary responsibility will be to optimise easyJet's digital site to improve conversion rates.
You will achieve this by designing AB & MVT tests for our digital journeys, using your experience in leading UX/UI design decisions in web and mobile-based products as well as experience and knowledge of CSS and HTML

With an eye for detail and using your initiative you will propose simple UX solutions to complex business problems while keeping the customer experience front and centre.

You will be able adapt to changing requirements and create everything from basic wireframes to full "market ready" designs. In addition you will play an active role in driving forward the efficiency of the team.

Requirements of the Role

What you need to do the role


With an extensive background in UX and UI Design you will help us create exceptional customer experiences across all of our products and services.


You will lead UX/UI design decisions for web and mobile-based products and will have the ability to propose simple solutions to complex business problems while keeping the customer experience front and centre.


  • Technically you will need to have experience with CSS and HTML and you will have worked on designs that must meet accessibility guidelines (W3C)
  • You will have the ability to work across a range of design and prototyping tools e.g.
Figma - essential

  • Hotjar
  • Userlytics
  • The role will see you working across multiple products and projects to deadlines in an agile environment. Strong stakeholder management and communication is essential.

Location & Hours of Work

This is a full-time hybrid working role, we typically get together three times a week in the office which is based at Luton Airport.
