Level 3 Teaching Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with teachers to plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons.
Provide onetoone and small group support to students to enhance their learning experiences.
Assist in the creation and organisation of teaching resources and materials.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
Help to manage and maintain classroom discipline and behaviour in line with school policies.

Requirements:

Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school setting is advantageous.
Passion for education and a commitment to supporting the development of young learners.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
Proactive attitude and willingness to contribute to the wider school community.
