Service Desk Advisor

Salary:
£23500 (rising to £24000 after probation)

Working hours:
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Be organised with the ability to multi task
Be able to work under pressure
Drive to succeed and learn new skills

***One of our well established and progressive clients in the ST1, Stoke on Trent area are looking for a Service Desk Advisor to join their growing team.

Duties include, but aren't limited to:

To action reactive requests from the client base and logging all requests on in house system.
Liaising with sitebased engineers and clients to action requests
Close down requests where necessary and chase closure requests.
Admin tasks i.e setting up new supplier/ contractor accounts.
Ensure timeframes are adhered to in line with SLA's
General Customer Service/ relationship nurturing
Adhoc duties related to the role.
