Salary:
£23500 (rising to £24000 after probation)


Working hours:
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

***One of our well established and progressive clients in the ST1, Stoke on Trent area are looking for a Service Desk Advisor to join their growing team.

Duties include, but aren't limited to:

  • To action reactive requests from the client base and logging all requests on in house system.
  • Liaising with sitebased engineers and clients to action requests
  • Close down requests where necessary and chase closure requests.
  • Admin tasks i.e setting up new supplier/ contractor accounts.
  • Ensure timeframes are adhered to in line with SLA's
  • General Customer Service/ relationship nurturing
  • Adhoc duties related to the role.
