Service Desk AdvisorSalary:
£23500 (rising to £24000 after probation)
Working hours:
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be organised with the ability to multi task
- Be able to work under pressure
- Drive to succeed and learn new skills
Duties include, but aren't limited to:
- To action reactive requests from the client base and logging all requests on in house system.
- Liaising with sitebased engineers and clients to action requests
- Close down requests where necessary and chase closure requests.
- Admin tasks i.e setting up new supplier/ contractor accounts.
- Ensure timeframes are adhered to in line with SLA's
- General Customer Service/ relationship nurturing
- Adhoc duties related to the role.
