We currently have vacancies in our innovative telephone call centre handling a repeat prescription requests on behalf of GP practices across Coventry and Warwickshire.
If you have a caring and empathetic demeanour and are passionate about supporting patient's needs, then we would love to hear from you.
There is a high level of job satisfaction, as the role is the first point of contact for patients to order medication.
The NHS Prescription Ordering Direct (POD) service is a fast-paced and dynamic environment, so if you have the enthusiasm for keeping busy then this is an ideal role for you.
You will be working within a large team but also need to be self-motivated to provide the high standard of service that the NHS POD thrives to achieve.
