What you'll be doing?:


  • Developing communications guidelines and a 'brand voice' for the IT Department.
  • Working with colleagues to determine communication needs.
  • Creating casestudies demonstrating successful technology initiatives in the company.
  • Writing clear and simple nontechnical messaging about technical innovations.
  • Using analytical tools to measure communication performance. Use data to improve engagement.
  • Persona mapping to anticipate friction and increase the rate of technology adoption.
  • Compiling reports on communication effectiveness and user engagement.
  • Copyediting colleagues' drafts and ensuring style consistency before publication.
  • Acting as the 'voice' of the IT Department and responding to posts to digital channels.

What experience you'll need to apply?:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to write compelling content that resonates with different audiences.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Knowledge of digital communication channels and how to use them effectively.
  • Experience in copywriting, editing and proofreading.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced and collaborative environment.
