What you'll be doing?:
- Developing communications guidelines and a 'brand voice' for the IT Department.
- Working with colleagues to determine communication needs.
- Creating casestudies demonstrating successful technology initiatives in the company.
- Writing clear and simple nontechnical messaging about technical innovations.
- Using analytical tools to measure communication performance. Use data to improve engagement.
- Persona mapping to anticipate friction and increase the rate of technology adoption.
- Compiling reports on communication effectiveness and user engagement.
- Copyediting colleagues' drafts and ensuring style consistency before publication.
- Acting as the 'voice' of the IT Department and responding to posts to digital channels.
What experience you'll need to apply?:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to write compelling content that resonates with different audiences.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Knowledge of digital communication channels and how to use them effectively.
- Experience in copywriting, editing and proofreading.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced and collaborative environment.
