Trainee Administrator

Based:
Blackburn


Salary £Negotiable dependant on experience plus Contributory pension scheme and 28 days holiday.


LWS Services are proud to be the chosen recruitment partner of an award-winning soft furnishings recycling business, due to expansion this rapidly expanding business is offering this fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Business Administration trainee to join their friendly office team.


Main duties will include:


  • Accurately record and track all enquiries on company systems.
  • Administration of Transport booking diaries
  • Record the deliveries in and out of the sites.
  • Reconciling and processing Transport purchase orders
  • Handling calls from hauliers and customers providing updates about deliveries and collections
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external customers.
  • Maintain updated records of Diaries, spreadsheets and reports.
  • Receiving Customer requests and bookings
  • Other duties necessary to meet the apprenticeship standard.
On successful completion a Level 3 Business Administration qualification will be gained (taking approx. 15-18months)


Skills Required:


  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong level of numeracy and literacy skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly.

  • Willingness to learn.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday with allotted onsite training time. 8am - 4.30pm

Salary:
£14,500.00-£16,000.00 per year
